Bump/Extend just standards
I would like to be able to bump just the standards from one day to the next, not the whole lesson. At the beginning of the year we may have the same standards all week. When I try and bump just the standards, it bumps the whole lesson.

You can now extend just standards to future lessons. To extend standards, click the action arrow in the upper right corner of the lesson, and select Extend Standards.

Yes you can hit the + to extend, but the lessons/standards don't extend

My standards won't extend. I always have to copy and paste the entire lesson to get it to move to the next day. I have even created a new lesson to see if that was the problem. Still, not extension on standards. Any suggestions? I have even watched the youtube video and followed instructions but it still fails to extend.

Until this is addressed I found a feature that may help. If you go to the templates section you can create a template for just standards in a specific class and designated the days you want to use them for.

Yes!!! I wish we could bump or extend any tab we have selected. I use a tab for my technology and one for modifications. Many times these stay the same, but the lesson changes. It's not user friendly to keep copying and pasting.

I was just going to suggest this when I saw that some geniuses already did. It is very inconvenient (time consuming) adding standards from different content areas to one lesson on multiple days in the same week. Being able to extend just the standards would be amazing.

Not just the standards--but any tab we have selected. Sometimes I need to move an announcement, for example, or a homework assignment, but keep the lesson the same.

If not bumping, at least a faster way to copy/move them would be helpful. I tend to pick my standards from multiple categories (grade level math, mathematical practices, reading/writing in content area) and it is very time consuming to switch between standards lists for every lesson.
That said, a work around for now is to choose standards first and then copy/extend the lessons before adding content.

I would olike this as well. When working with uits through the week it would be nice to just be able to bump the standards only as they are all linked to the unit.

Yup, it's frustrating when you try to extend standards because it extends everything. It would be nice if we could copy forward or even copy/paste.
