Allow templates on the other sections
(such as the new create-your-own tabs i.e. objectives)

I tried creating templates for my personal tabs/sections (for me it's Key Terms/Vocab and "What do If I Missed Class?")
I was a little frustrated to see that the templates didn't actually apply.Am I missing something or is this a feature that is coming later?
