Allow a pro-rated membership
In the teaching profession not everyone has a position that remains the same. I just started using Planbook.com at the end of February. I would like to use it for the remainder of our school year which is through June. I know would have a planbook that runs March - March when I would have preferred to have it run the length of the school year.

Add a View Toggle in the Lesson Bank
The Lesson bank feature is oriented vertically. Yet, old school teachers were trained to plan lessons and subjects horizontally in old school plan books. Is it possible to incorporate a view feature in the lesson bank feature so teachers could toggle, similar to the calendar view, to a week (5days) or Month (a 6x5 section) to be able to view the lesson banks differently. I know that I am spatially challenged but I would think this would help many, and you have part of the functionality already developed. Something to consider. Thank you! I really appreciate planbook and all the…

Print lessons side by side when overlapping times
When there are overlapping times that things occur, it would be nice if they would give us the option to print it in blocks so that they show up side by side. It would give the visual that there are more than one activities going on at one time.

Save custom formatting
I would love to be able to create custom HTML styles and have them saved. For example, sometimes I want the font "Century Gothic", 14 point font, and underlined. Other times, I want a 20 point "Times New Roman" italicized. I would love to be able to save these presents, and easily apply them to existing text.

Ability to import grades from Zipgrade or Quizziz
The ability to import grades from applications like Zipgrade would be a huge timesaver. Making the leap to Google Forms based quizzes when you already have a million quizzes and tests in 'paper' based formats is a giant time suck.

Set number of lessons for the year
Please allow us to set how many lessons to complete for the year. This would be very helpful for those of us using templates. I would like to be able to set a template, say I want to use that template 90 times, and see just those (vs seeing the template copied for the entire calendar year).

Add border to editors
Just loaded Planbook today and now have the new form. It has no solid boarder and not having a boundary and contrast with the web page behind is driving me crazy. Please make it look like the old one!

Change default field from password in timeout login prompt
If I've been away from the computer for a bit and then double click on a lesson to edit, the software allows me to do this. But when I start typing, the login prompt pops up right in the middle causing me to type extra characters into my password. Can you make it so that the password field is not the default field when the window pops up?

Allow fixed calendar
For example if Monday is an A day and Tuesday (B day) is a Snow Day, Wednesday should stay and A day.
In the add event/add no school day menu, there are options for "no school day", "private event", and "no cycle day".
I suggest making it so that if "no cycle day" is not checked but "no school day" is checked, the missed day counts as a cycle day.
To avoid confusion and an extra step for any who don't have a fixed calendar, have the "no cycle day" option automatically get selected when "no school day" is selected…

Add timer option for lessons
I wish I was able to add a timer to different sections of my lesson that would count down automatically once I hit start. I love that I can customize my lesson to "review", "direct instruction" and small groups if I choose to but it would be really helpful if I could also set tie limits for each part of the lesson and it would chime when time was up.

Track working hours per pay period
Total number of classes (working hours) per selected period (month). In our school all the teachers get paid per hour. If there was a build in calculator in the app, it would be awesome

Standards search across all grades per discipline
Instead of being forced to select a single grade for standards, either eliminate this or allow a search section for "all grades"

Integrate with Wengage
Integrate with Wengage so assignments can go into the assignments category on wengage. I love the features of planbook.com and would love to be able to only type assignments, notes, etc once and they go both places.

Combo class for split grade levels
When teaching a split grade level it would be nice to have the day broken into two columns. This way I can see what both groups are doing at that time. For example, at 9:00am my 4th graders are having whole group reading and my 5th graders are completing independent stations. I would be able to write both grade level plans and see them for the same time frame with two columns.

"Score Weight" Report
For data analysis: I would like to export a report of a specific class, and get a list of all the students and their average score for a specific "score weight". A specific "score weight" can have more than one assignment, so that is why I would like the average score. thanks in advance.

Print - notes on/off by class
It would be nice to be able to turn the notes on and off under each specific subject area for the day. When I have a substitute, I put information in the notes, but some subjects have notes I don't want to share with the substitute. When I print them off, my only option is to select all of the notes for all subject areas. Thank you for considering this!

Apply color to individual standards
I teach five different year levels in one class. Therefore I have to put standards from five different year levels into each unit I write. Once they are added, there is no way for me to see which standard is for which year level. It would be good if I could format them in some way (eg colour) so I can easily see what year level they are from.
