Simplify file upload process
Currently I have to click many buttons to upload documents - scrolling sideways to the attachments, clicking the paperclip, clicking upload (at this point the file attachment should load), and then clicking yet another upload button. It's very cumbersome! I miss being able to access all the tabs quickly, especially Attachments.

Remove weeks when no school
I'd like to delete weeks from my Planbook when there's no school, like winter break and spring break. So when I click on the week of December 25 (when there's no school), it would automatically go to the week of January 8 (the next week of classes.)

Delete multiple lessons at once on Plans Page
I'm a visual person, so I want to be able to delete lessons as I am looking at the week. So, rather than having to follow the click path into My Classes and Manage, maybe you could have an option at the top near the copy function that says, "Select multiple lessons/select multiple days," then when you click it, check boxes appear on each lesson box. The user could check the boxes of the lessons they want to delete, confirm, and this could all happen on the same page.

Create a View Widget
It would be very helpful to create a widget for Android and Apple users so that we can access lesson plans with a touch of a button while teaching.

Remove the Manage button from Notes and To Do
I don't see the point in having to click the Manage button in Notes and To Do to access the Delete button. Add and Delete should just be side-by-side. It's the only function of the Manage button and makes deleting a two-step process.

Allow time view "auto-adjust" to be an option
Before the update, you could view your full week when the website occupied half of your computer screen. Now, it automatically adjusts to "Day" when splitting the screen and removes the option to view a week or month at a time. Sure, some people might like this forced auto-adjustment, but it should be a setting that I can turn off.
The only way to view a full week with a split screen is to use your browser's zoom out function, which is tedious and a downgrade from how things used to work.

Set time to release documents
I would like an option to select time to display documents attached to lessons. I have students who I would like to post a worksheet for class time and then have the answers open up later in the afternoon so students can check their work at home but not have the answers available all day.

Print a range of lessons and/or unit from a Lesson Bank
I need to be able to export a single lesson or unit from a lesson bank instead of having to export the entire bank. For example I want to export my chemistry unit from my science lesson bank, and sometimes I just want to export a single lesson from that unit (for instance today I wanted to export a lesson on valence shells). I currently have to export the entire science bank, then use a PDF editor to take out the unwanted lessons.

Option to delete a note while editing
It would be easier to delete notes one at a time from within the individual note. It would also be easier to always have the Delete button available for multiselect instead of having to click on Manage to switch between editing and deleting modes (similar to email).

Gradebook Feature Updates
Can you add the feature "done" or "not done"? Not all assignments are a grade.
Because many assignments or assessments have multiple standards, can each standard have a total point value so that we can grade each standard?

Add a Slideshow Feature
When I make lesson plans, especially with links, it would be helpful to have a tab for a customizable slide(s) that go with that lesson. That way, my lesson plan has the teacher version (the actual plan) AND a slideshow (the student version). Many teachers use daily slides, so even an integration with Google Slide or Canva would be helpful. Maybe the links I include in the lesson plan are even automatically added/offered into the slide?

Include student ID in student list
Allow admin to view student id together with othe details. Currently there is no way to tell the last Id unless some one go clicking one name after another which is tedious

I have multiple classes listed from the same subject, so they have the same units. Why not copy those units into multiple classes?

Due date text adjusted when copying/shifting plans
It would be nice to have some sort of tool (or code that I can add to my plans) to be able to have due dates written in the Next Steps/Homework section of my plans tied to lesson dates I select from my Planbook lessons - instead of just being entered as text. That way, when I copy plans from a previous year or shift lessons, the written due dates will also adjust. (I am not referring to assignments attached to the plans - just the text due dates that are written in the Homework/Next Steps section of the plans.)

Printing options
I have my plans set that the days of the week go down the left side and all the subjects go across in rows. I would like my plans to print just as I see them on my screen.
However, when I print, the only way it will print is with the days of the week going across the top of the page and the subjects listed under each day.

split day into 2 columns for split grade teachers
As a slit grade teacher, it would be super helpful to be able to split each day into 2 columns so that I can have my lesson plans for each grade separate, but side by side, since they will be working on different activities at the same time. For example, from 9:00-10:00 I might have a math 5 and a math 6 class happening simultaneously. Is there a way to block those 2 classes in side by side?

Add an undo option for events as well
The history option (and undo option) doesn't work for events when you accidentally have clicked Change All iso Change this event only. Please add that option as well!!
