Automatically increase a number by one when copied
I would love to be able to write an entire lesson or assignment, and have the numbers increase by 1 automatically so I don't have to edit every single entry. Other planners do this by having special characters around the number to increase.
IE Day 1: "Complete Lesson 1 in your packet"
copy through the year results in the exact same text now, I'd love to have it be: Day 2: "Complete Lesson 2 in your packet"
Day 3: "Complete Lesson 3 in your packet"

Allow grades to be entered and view as a letter grade
I like to enter grades using points, as your gradebook is set up, only I like to view the grades as a letter grade. That way I can enter grades, and see what letter grade to put on the student's paper. Also, there are times when I want to override the points and bump the letter grade up or down. If letter grades were part of the pop up menu, then I could select the letter grade.

Allow equal size Events
Allow us to set Events and calendar items as equal size blocks to match the equal size lessons. As it is events and calendar items push equal-size lessons far down on the screen. Please allow us to set these events and calendar items (especially if they have long notes) to equal-size blocks to match our equal-size lessons to keep everything lined up on our screens without large gaps.

Align start date from prior year
Due to school starting later this year it is cumbersome to copy lessons from last year and paste them to this year. Each time I go back to last year I have to back up 4 weeks. Is there a way to align the start dates from last year and this year, so that when I view previous years it will show the same school day that I am working on? For example, if I am working on "School Day 1" and go back to last year it would display "School Day 1" from last year?

Add students through connection with Google Classroom
I am looking at adding all my students into Planbook so they can join different classes and see everything in one account.
It would be great if they would populate automatically through the connection with Google Classroom!

Show attendance for each day
Allow us to print a report of attendance for a series of days (i.e. a month) that shows attendance each day (not just a total for the period)
It would be helpful to be able to see a report that showed a row for each student and each column would be a day. So, if I specified a date range of 9/1-9/30, I would see all the students in the class listed and a P/T/A for each school day. "No Class" days could show as - or as NC. To then also have columns at the END of each student's…

Student Assignment Tracker
When students create an account and are added to my lesson plans page they can see all my plans. I think it would be beneficial for them to have the ability to make a "To Do" checklist for them to keep track of what assignments they still need to complete.

Show edits for shared lessons
I share my planbook classes with another teacher. I would love to see when and what edits they make to our shared classes. Similar to the "suggest" option when sharing a Google doc.

Add filters for Events
I often manually enter some events, no school days, conferences, etc. However, I also import our school's public Google Calendar. Right now, there doesn't seem to be a way to see those events separately so that I can see and/or edit the ones that I entered (since I know that I can't edit those imported from a Google calendar.
It would be nice to be able to see or sort them separately in the events section.

Notes for the day
A small area below the date where I can put in short notes for the day regardless of class.
Things like
"colleague X ill – substitute"
or
"meeting at 3 pm"
"Parent meeting"
etc.
It should be visible at all times, unobtrusive but clear.0 votesAllow Notes and To Do to who at top/bottom of each day

Attendance - Time of arrive late or left early
The attendance feature is great. However, I do suggest you also add a button for those who left early and have a pop up option when tardy or leaving early is selected to put in times arrived late or left early. Great for parent conference time.

Save lessons pushed beyond end of class
Every time I have to bump lessons back, lessons are deleted at the end of the class. I would like planbook to NOT delete them, but rather save them and add them back to the end of the term if I delete days. Currently when I get to the end of a term I have blank boxes where I USED to have lessons.

Copy lesson banks/unit to school account
It would be nice if a school/administrator account could "copy" lesson banks/units that teachers have made into the admin. account. This way if a teacher leaves the school, the lessons would be available for the new teacher to use.

Share lesson with teachers
Send a lesson to someone else. So, if I write lesson plans for a particular lesson, I can send that lesson to my teaching partner, who could accept it and put it in her own lesson plans.

Allow week to be Mon to Sun
Many European calendars use a start day of Monday, instead of Sunday. I would like to adjust the calendar to have a start day of Monday so I can see and print the week plans as Monday through Sunday. TY
