Performance Report - Show all instances of a standard
When printing out a 'Standards Report' under 'Performance Reports' it only shows the standard the first time it was taught. Many standards are taught multiple times in different ways with students achieving varying levels of success. So they should show up each and every time they are taught in order indicate the level of success.

That would be nice, also have the date be the last date taught or add a first and last date to accurately track the 'scope' and 'frequency' of these lessons.
