Our school works on a 6-Day cycle for classes. As such I've setup my planbook on a 6-Day schedule format. However, some activities (i.e. after school activities and recess supervision duty) are independent of the 6-Day cycle. For example, I might have a supervision duty every Wednesday (not every Day 3) It would be nice to be able to have a choice of scheduling activities on the basis of a 6-Day schedule as well as on specific days (Mon, Tues...) as needed.

I agree. Without the accessibility to easily put in multiple schedules besides the week, biweekly and a/b weeks, it doesn't make sense to use this because it'd take forever to change all the different schedules every week.

Agree - I have an A/B schedule in the morning for HS/MS Art and then a 4 day rotational schedule in the afternoons for all my ES art classes. Is there a way to create a split schedule in Planbook.com?

Please add this feature! We have a 5 day cycle for specials, but have other classes that are based on a Monday-Friday schedule. Additionally, we have a late start every Wednesday. It would be really nice to be able to select these options when setting up our schedule at the beginning of the year, so that we don't have to add customized times, etc. each week.

My specials are on a rotating basis but the core of my day is not. If I could choose what rotates and what didn't that would be so helpful

We have an early dismissal roughly twice a month and it would be great to adjust the class times for those days.

This is an important feature for all of the reasons that were already stated. One possible way to accommodate this would be to allow display of two school years at the same time. Then, I could set-up 1 school year with my rotating classes, and another with my M-F classes. Or, assign class days on the class level, not the school year level.

I think this would definitely beneficial overall, but definitely for specials in elementary. I teach physical education and my classes are on a three week cycle (I see a class for one week every three weeks).

I have two schedules that I follow - one is Monday - Friday and the other is a six day schedule. It would be wonderful if I could combine these two aspects in my planbook.

We have an early out schedule every wednesday but we also run our special class schedule based on 1-5. We would like to set our wednesday times to not be affected by the 1-5

For example-We have labs 2 of every 6 days. One lab class may meet CE day; another AB. If we could customize the dates for each lab class this could really help us keep track of where we were.

This would also work for teachers whose daily classes are on a rotation but also lead extra curriculars on certain days of the week. I could enter my classes on a 5-day rotation and my after-school activities on tuesdays and thursdays.

This could be beneficial for me because I teach 2 different classes simultaneously and need to see both planbooks separately.

Same here. Grades 1-5 are on a 6 day rotation, and K is on a four day rotation.

I have the same thing at my school with different schedule rotations for different classes. However, my schedule is not different according to the time of day, but by grade level. My 5-6 classes are on a 5 day schedule and my 7-12 classes are on a 2-day AB schedule.

Agreed! This is definitely needed for all the Art, PE, Music teachers out there! My morning schedule is a 5-day rotation and afternoon is on a 4-day schedule.

We rotate our specials classes each week. I would love to be able to set this up in the template formate and the correct template show up on the correct day (bumped) each week.
