Multiple schedules in a school year
For instance, my morning classes are on a 4-day cycle, and my afternoon classes are on a 3-day cycle. Please change this so we can split the day into multiple cycles.

The option to have a fixed schedule (MTWTHF) and a rotating schedule.
I teach elementary music- my 5&6 graders are on a fixed schedule and my K-4 are on a 3 day rotation.

I teach elementary. My specials schedule should be based on our building cycle day (6 day cycle) but my core subjects need based on a calendar day M-F.

Yes this is a need!!! I have a 6 day rotation in the morning and an 7 day rotation in the afternoon.

Please also add a weekly choice if you schedule the year by cycle. For instance, I teach spelling on a weekly basis, but all other classes on a 6 day cycle.

In our district, we have even day and odd day schedules. For example, I have 3 sections of 7th grade on even days, 3 sections of 8th grade on odd days, but I have two classes that meet every day of the week.

I need this as well. I teach special needs ages 3-5. In the AM I have students from 8:30 - 11:30, PM students from 12:30 - 3:30 and all day students from 8:30 - 3:30. If there's another way to accomplish this, please let me know.

I need this capability as well. Morning lessons rotate on a 6 day cycle and afternoon lessons are by day of the week. Thanks!

PLEASE Find a way to make this happen! I even thought of creating two different 'years' to accomodate our 5-day/6-day rotation but can't see both years at one time.

Has this been "reviewed"? It looks like it's been under review for two years. I would also like to ability to run different schedules. For example: My school days run on a 5 day schedule but my reading block runs on a 6 days schedule. Can this become an option. I see from the other comments that lots of people would benefit from this.

Has this been resolved yet? I would love this feature... I need access to two week schedules, 3 day cycle, and weekly schedules

I like this. I am making a request to be able to add sections or periods of a class instead of times.

My single session days are scheduled very differently from regular full days. It would be helpful to be able to choose that vs. deleting classes

Allow multiple rotation schedules in a single day. For instance, morning classes to be on a 4-day rotation and afternoon classes to be on a 3-day rotation.

Yeah, we also have an unusual schedule that doesn't quite fit. A/B schedule but one C day per week. More flexibility please

Be able to add a class by day of week, even though you have a 6-day (or 2-day) rotation in place.

My 5th grade class has an alternate schedule for 1 week out of every 6 weeks, where all of my subjects are at different times, due to a special science teacher doing lessons with the class for an hour a day each day for that week. I've tried various ways to create a separate schedule for those weeks, but I don't see how. I even saw that there's an "alternate day" on the drop down with the regular schedule box on the "classes" page,, and I've created new times for all of my classes and a title for"STEAM-Monday," etc, but I don't see a way to incorporate that to show on my plans screen. Can a person only make one set schedule and that's it? If so, I guess I will just need to create a Google Doc of my plans and correct times for that week and attach it in planbook. It would be helpful if we could create an alternate schedule and import it whenever we needed it. For me, that would be 1 week every 6 weeks, and judging from the comments from others, they'd like it to have the choice to adjust by other days or weeks.

My elementary school schedule is Monday-Friday, middle school is A/B.
I would appreciate a response from planbook.com on this one. It is deciding factor between this and another online planning/gradebook platform.

I have different types of classes. Some are daily, and others lopp every other day. Right now I cannot accommodate both. I can only select specific days (i.e. MW, TRF) but cannot schedule every-other-day.
