Shrink to one page print
I like to have my plans fit all on one page. I would really like to have a way to have a button I can press where it would condense my plans to fit nicely onto one page. This would be very helpful to me as I try to be cautious about my paper use.

Vous y trouverez une large gamme de jeux et des promotions régulières pour les joueurs. Vous pouvez découvrir tous les détails des offres et des conditions sur leur site. Je joue ici depuis quelques mois et je suis très satisfait du service.

Also, option to shrink to fit a weekly spread over 2 pages. I put mine in a 3-ring binder, and like to be able to see the week at a glance (morning of all 5 days on left, afternoon of all 5 days on right).

I can do that on my printer settings - have you tried it that way? You also may be able to print as a pdf and scale the pdf as well?

This was 'under review' in 2016 - how has this issue STILL not been fixed in Jan 2023? I am new to Planbook but am finding I spend more time trying cut down my lesson plan to fit on one page. I feel like I may as well use microsoft word - at least I'd only have to do it once!

When you hit the print button, choose Send to Word instead of Send to PDF, and then you can readjust everything to fit onto one page before you print.

I would like a feature that would allow me to lock the page size so that when I print my lessons I know everything will fit on one page rather than having to go back and repeatedly adjust lesson box sizes.

Agreed. One page printing option needed.

I solve this by reducing the font size in my templates and make sure there are no "extra" line spaces where I could avoid it be not hitting "Enter." I like the daily view rather than weekly. I can fit one day on a page, front-back.

You use to be able to reduce the size of the print when printing out the pages to make it fit on 2 pages. Now it regularly prints the week out on 3 to 4 pages. I have to cut and paste the week together to get it to be only 2 pages.

For example, we have a three day week this week, and it prints the lessons on two pages, and leaves the right side of the page (thurs and fri) blank because they are off days. Why can't i print Mon-Wed across the whole width of the page, so that all my plans would fit on one page?

The two page printout might be a deal breaker.

We need customizable print options so that you can print a monthly calendar with events that fits on one page and is printer friendly (not colour text bubbles)

Yes, this is so essential to be able to have the plans print in a neat format- or at least the option to amend them to print in this way, either over one or two pages. I teach specialist classes and many of my classes are currently split over two pages and the plans print on a ridiculous amount of paper- if you can fix this it would be amazing!

Agree! I quit using planbook.com because of this! I love everything about plan book but it print three pages or more for 1 day of lessons? I could probably get every teacher in my school on this if it wasn't for this issue and the option to print the lessons horizontal rather than vertical! Please fix this! I love your site otherwise! I love the app too!

I'm discouraged to see that this topic is 5 years old! A simple fit-to-page option would solve all my problems. I have one line that is forcing my plans to fit to 4 pages, where 2 of the pages are mostly blank. Any solutions?

Doesn't have to be "one" page, but two horizontally like traditional plans for print out.

I want to be able to "fit to" when printing so that I can keep the plans for a week to 2 pages and not have them go a bit off the bottom on some days and need another piece of paper. It would shrink things a bit on the "fit to" page so it didn't need to continue on an extra page.

Right now when I print, even when I take out everything I can, It still needs 4 pages. I would like to see the whole day on one page. If only two pages printed on one page, I think it might work. I would also like to be able to put my standards in the column next to Friday so I could see my standards for the week instead of taking up lesson space each day.

I would like the ability to print to 2 pages for daily lesson plans. It would be nice to scale down the printing, otherwise it is hard to follow.
