Copy or Add Year - Select lesson sections / attachments
When importing lessons from another teacher, you get the lesson, the standards and the notes. I would like to choose what part I want to import. Most the time I only want to share the lesson, not the notes as they are specific to my class.

When copying another teachers plans, I would like the option to only copy certain sections. I do not want to copy their 504s/IEPS/Gifted, I want my template for 504s/IEPS/Gifted to override any and all copied plans.

When sharing plans with other teachers I would like a way to merge or copy certain parts of their lesson. I plan with another teacher in my grade level and we take turns planning content for different subjects each week. I would like to keep the templates that I have created in my classes but copy or merge the content she shares with me without replacing my template. Each of us have templates created where we have listed students that are pulled out during those classes that spend some time with other teachers. We would not want to have each other’s students listed on that as it would confuse us or substitutes.

The first section can be carried over and edited from year to year to include changes in procedures and the second section would be for lessons so they can be carried over without being lost.

I would love if you could copy attachments from one year to the next without copying the entire lesson.
I typically update the"lesson" part slightly each year, but often use the same attachments. It would be great if those were able to be transferred without copying the lesson! -

I often include materials needed as well as student specific information in the current notes tab. With specialized notes tabs, I could separate the information. I often make templates of student-specific information and this ends up getting overwritten when I import lessons. This would also be extremely helpful if the "selection" button becomes an option when importing lessons. Then I could import the necessary lesson material without importing student-specific info from year to year.

When copying lessons from other teachers, it would be helpful if I could choose particular sections to copy instead of having to copy the whole thing and then go through and delete unwanted sections.

If I have some “Notes” to the lesson they will copy together with the lesson itself and then I get confused which class those notes refer to. I’d love to have an option to copy just, let’s say “Lesson” and “Homework” from the existing lesson to the new one. Thanks

When importing plans from another teacher it would be helpful if you could only import certain parts of the plan. For example, if I have different accommodations I don't want to import their accommodations because they are not the same as mine. If there was a feature similar to the feature for student viewing, where you can check off what they are allowed to see, that would be very helpful.

When importing a lesson from another teacher, allow the teacher importing to choose the items/sections they need. Lesson, Homework, Notes, Accommodations (My List), etc. Our teachers only need the plans as their accommodations and modifications are specific to their students and they have different groups. This is overwriting the templates and My List items that they have already created and making them do double the work.

Is there a way to have them copy only a certain portion of a lesson. Lets say…they want to cover the beg, some of the med, and the end of the lessons with the attachments. Could they do that? Or is there another way we need to do that?

I would like the notes section to not copy into lessons for the next semester. I use notes to note student behaviour so it would be great if that would disappear for the next semester
