Refresh - All Browsers
It may be that not all of our most recent components are fully downloaded to your local browser. To correct this, we recommend the steps below to refresh your browser.
Google Chrome:
- Log out of your Planbook account and select All Tabs.
- Open Chrome: Close and then re-open your Chrome browser.
- Menu: Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner to open the menu.
- Settings: From the dropdown menu, select “Settings.”
- Privacy and Security: On the left side panel, click on “Privacy and security.”
- Delete Browsing Data: Click on “Delete browsing data.” A new window will appear.
- Choose What to Clear: In the new window, switch to the “Advanced” tab. Select “Cookies and other site data” as well as “Cached images and files.” Choose “All time” from the time range options to delete data from the entire browsing history.
- Delete Data: Make sure to uncheck “Browsing history” if it’s selected, then click on the “Delete data” button to remove both cookies and cache without affecting your browsing history.
- Refresh Browser: Press

Microsoft Edge:
- Log out of your Planbook account and select All Tabs.
- Open Edge: Close and then re-open your Edge browser.
- Menu: Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner to open the menu.

- Privacy, Search & Services: On the left side panel, click on “Privacy and security.”
- Delete Browsing Data Now: Click on “Choose what to clear” under the Delete Browsing Data heading. Select “Cookies and other site data” as well as “Cached images and files.” Choose “All time” from the time range options to clear data from the entire browsing history.
- Clear Data: Make sure to uncheck “Browsing history” if it’s selected, then click on the “Clear now” button to remove both cookies and cache without affecting your browsing history.
- Refresh Browser: Press

Safari:
- Log out of your Planbook account and select All Tabs.
- Open Safari: Close and then re-open your Safari browser.
- Preferences: Click on “Safari” in the menu bar at the top of the screen, then select “Settings”.
- Privacy Tab: In the Settings window, click on the “Privacy” tab.
- Website Data: Click on “Manage Website Data” to see a list of all websites that have stored data on your device.
- Remove All: Click on “Remove All” to delete all stored cookies and site data. This action will not affect your browsing history.
- Advanced Tab: Return to the main Settings window and select the “Advanced” tab. Check the box at the bottom that says “Show features for web developers.”
- Develop Tab: Find the new menu item in the Safari menu bar at the top of the page called “Develop.” Click it, then select “Empty Caches” to clear the browser cache.
