How to add Substitute Notes

Substitute Notes provide a location to capture information to help guide your substitutes, such as your regular classroom routines, pull out schedules, etc. To add or edit Substitute Notes:
  1. From the Plans page, click the Add (+) icon in the top-right menu.

  2. Select the Substitute Notes option.

  3. Enter your substitute notes.

  4. Click the Save (checkmark) icon to save your changes.

  5. You can also click the Actions (3 dot) icon to:

    • Delete - Delete your substitute notes.

    • Send to PDF - Create a PDF of your substitute notes.

    • Email to me - Send the substitute notes to your email address.
