How to add a View Announcement

View Announcements allow you to send a notification to all of your views. When a view link is opened in a web browser, the announcement will appear as a pop up message. We recommend that you use the View Announcement for time sensitive information, such as reminders to students or parents of upcoming due dates or class activities. Note that the View Announcement will appear on ALL views you have created, and will remain until you update or remove the announcement.

To add or edit a View Announcement:
  1. From the Plans page, click the Add (+) icon in the top-right menu.


  2. Select the View Announcements option.


  3. Enter the announcement information.


  4. Click the Save (checkmark) icon to save your changes.
