- Click the User Settings icon in top-right menu.
- Select the Sharing Options button.
- Select Collaborate - Permissions in menu bar.
- Administrators will see two additional options to enable access to all school banks:
- Allow all teachers at school to create school lesson banks
- Allow all teachers at school to view school lesson banks
- Click the Add (+) button to add a new permission.
- Select the teachers (email address), banks, and view rules.
- Click the Save (checkmark) icon in top-right menu to save your changes.
Once the permission is saved, the added teachers will see your email address on their Copy Page.
