Renewal/Purchase Issues/Errors

If you are seeing the following message(s), we apologize for the trouble. Please follow the below steps to help correct that - 

No Payment Method Available - Refresh your browser a few times using the circular arrow icon in the upper-left corner of the screen, or attempt to renew using a different computer/browser. 

Declined (2046) - This error message typically appears if the bank associated with your card is rejecting the charge. This may appear on your statement for a short period, but the charge will typically not go through and then disappear. We recommend reaching out to your bank to see if your card has blocks on Paypal (our payment processor). 

AVS Error - This message will display if the zip code you are entering is different from the zip code associated with the card you are using.
