Print

Click the printer icon near the top of the screen to print/download/export elements of your plans. 



After clicking the icon, you'll see this window appear - 



Send To - Use this to export your plans to a PDF Document, a Microsoft Word document, or a Google Doc account by selecting the corresponding item in the list.  

*Please note - when exporting to a Google Doc or Microsoft Word document, formatting within lessons may appear differently. 

View - Click this to select the view you wish to print. 

Items - Adjust which elements of your plans are included on the exported/printed/downloaded document. Just check/uncheck the corresponding items here and click "Done" when finished. 



Range - The dates you are downloading/printing. 

Layout - How your lessons appear on the document. You can print landscape or horizontally here, or one one or two pages. The One Page print will include Monday - Friday on a single page, and the Two Pages option will print Monday-Wednesday on a single page and Thursday-Friday on another. This will also display teacher notes on the second page when selecting this option. 

The "View" Settings - 




Week - The week format of your plans. 

Day - The day format of your plans. 

Class (List) - All plans in a single class for the dates you've selected. 

Class (Month) - All plans in a single class for the dates you've selected in the month format. 

Events (List) - All events for the dates you've selected. 

Events (Month) - All events for the dates you've selected in the month format. 

Notes - Print your Notes added using the notepad icon in the upper-left corner of the plans view. 

To Do - Print the To Do items you have added using the notepad icon in the upper-left corner of the plans view. 

Comments - Print comments left by students or admins/teachers.
