    Make ALL Teacher Lessons Easier to View... for Students, Parents, & Subs

    It is "too much work" for students to login (to their student account or teacher's view key) to view their teacher's plans. Sorry - but this is a high school request and we struggle with getting lessons in front of students.

    We wish to see all teacher's lessons linked, preferably categorized by department. This would eliminate the need for over 100 HS teachers to set up their view key or get their links emailed to our webmaster. We also have 2,000 students... so creating and managing student accounts…

  2. Color code grade overview

    The gradebook should have a customizable option to color code the grades based on percentages. Example: if a grade is below 70% the box with the points should be red, if the grade is between 70% and 80% the box should be yellow. This would help identify students who struggled with a lesson at a glance in the gradebook.

  3. Show Google Drive Starred

    When I access my Google Drive I always have to pick through my folder tree beginning at the highest level. It would be nice if I could view and access my starred folders.

  4. Print without a page break after header

    When I print a lesson that covers more than a single page the header for that class is on one page but the lesson does not start until the next page. Essentially, thee is an entire page for just the header and the rest is blank. The actual lesson does not have a header, which is confusing, especially for subs.

  5. Generate reports from multiple schools.

    Search for keywords or pull up reports across multiple schools in a division to see how often teachers are incorporating technology into their lessons (as an example).

    Allow us to move attachments so that our admin can see the attachments quickly.

  7. Allow a "Class" to be added to a non-school day

    I would like to post debate tournament information in a class rather than an event, so I'd like to make a class that meets on Saturdays. I can't currently make Saturdays class days because that messes up my alternating day schedule. Using an event doesn't work because I can't control how long the event expands the way I can with a class block--and I don't want all that extra space at the top of my week because Saturday has a long event.

  8. Show edits for shared lessons

    I share my planbook classes with another teacher. I would love to see when and what edits they make to our shared classes. Similar to the "suggest" option when sharing a Google doc.

  9. Allow equal size Events

    Allow us to set Events and calendar items as equal size blocks to match the equal size lessons. As it is events and calendar items push equal-size lessons far down on the screen. Please allow us to set these events and calendar items (especially if they have long notes) to equal-size blocks to match our equal-size lessons to keep everything lined up on our screens without large gaps.

  10. Print lessons side by side when overlapping times

    When there are overlapping times that things occur, it would be nice if they would give us the option to print it in blocks so that they show up side by side. It would give the visual that there are more than one activities going on at one time.

  11. "Score Weight" Report

    For data analysis: I would like to export a report of a specific class, and get a list of all the students and their average score for a specific "score weight". A specific "score weight" can have more than one assignment, so that is why I would like the average score. thanks in advance.

  12. Add a View Toggle in the Lesson Bank

    The Lesson bank feature is oriented vertically. Yet, old school teachers were trained to plan lessons and subjects horizontally in old school plan books. Is it possible to incorporate a view feature in the lesson bank feature so teachers could toggle, similar to the calendar view, to a week (5days) or Month (a 6x5 section) to be able to view the lesson banks differently. I know that I am spatially challenged but I would think this would help many, and you have part of the functionality already developed. Something to consider. Thank you!   14. Select multiple classes for attendance report

    I am running attendance reports since I'm a special education teacher. I would like to base their participation grades on attendance with me. My groups are so small that if they are here, then they are working. I have 10 classes to run reports for. It would be great to select multiple classes and have their attendance run at once.

  15. Jump to next class in day

    It would be great if you could add a feature to go to the next class period in a single day while editing. I like the feature that lets me work on planning one class then go to the next day's same class. It would also help to have that same feature to take me to the next class I teach in a day instead of having to save, go back to the week view, then click on the next class to edit for that day.

  16. Hide Google events separately

    I used Google a lot. I love that I can sync my Google Calendar to my Planbook. Unfortunately, I discovered that when I desselect "Events" on my Planbook View button it hides ALL events, even the Planbook events. When I am planning for a sub I don't want the sub to see all my Google Events for several reasons. It would be great if Planbook could create a feature that would allow for users to separately deselect Google Events and Planbook Events.

  17. Combo class for split grade levels

    When teaching a split grade level it would be nice to have the day broken into two columns. This way I can see what both groups are doing at that time. For example, at 9:00am my 4th graders are having whole group reading and my 5th graders are completing independent stations. I would be able to write both grade level plans and see them for the same time frame with two columns.

  18. Set number of lessons for the year

    Please allow us to set how many lessons to complete for the year. This would be very helpful for those of us using templates. I would like to be able to set a template, say I want to use that template 90 times, and see just those (vs seeing the template copied for the entire calendar year).

  19. Automatically transfer Google Classroom Grades "Categories"

    Please upgrade so that the Google Classroom Grades "Categories" will transfer automatically into Planbook Grades. Manually assigning "categories" to automatically linked Google Classroom Grades is very time consuming.

  20. Hide students already assigned to another class

    When adding students to classes, it would be helpful to have an option hide/show students who have already been assigned to another class.
